HKAPE社區音樂祭為HKAPE服務社區的一個音樂活動系列。 以透過不同的教育手法，推廣古典音樂及其正規的訓練。因此，每年HKAPE都會與不同的團體舉辦一連串各種不同的音樂活動，以生動有趣，貼近生活的方法加深大眾對古典音樂的認知和興趣，並嘗試參與期中。

The HKAPE Community Music Festival is the community-based music-activity series organised by the HKAPE colaborated with different music-related authority and organisation. The project aims at promoting classical music appreciation and participation through interactive and attractive, daily-life related activities, in order to raise the public understanding to classical music and even have a try on play a part in the arts.
